Ways to give
Online Giving
- Giving can be done online or through our app.
Onsite Giving
- Please make checks payable to “Bethel Baptist Church.”
- Prenumbered envelopes are available to organize regular giving.
- Offering given onsite may be placed in the secure boxes located on the back wall of the sanctuary.
- Checks may be mailed to the church at 1196 N. Academy Street, Galesburg IL 61401.
Bill Pay
- Use your bank's online tools to use "Bill Pay" to have your bank send your tithe or offering to Bethel.
- You can often make these recurring as well.
Non-Cash Giving Options
Additional ways of donating to Bethel may have tax advantages. These include gifts of appreciated assets such as stocks or mutual funds, or a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) from a traditional or Roth IRA; depending on the age of the donor, the latter may be able to be used to satisfy part or all of the required minimum distribution (RMD) without the distribution being included in the donor’s taxable income. Bethel Baptist Church is unable to offer legal or tax advice; please contact your personal financial advisor or tax accountant for further information.
